From what I have read Kretinsky net worth about 2-3 times that of Sullivan at 2.9 billion pounds. He seems on the face of it to be be a smart legal eagle who from an academic background has made his money in the energy business. All of which imo is an up grade on Sullivan.

Won't see any immediate benefit from him buying 27% but it will start to ball rolling for a 2023 takeover.

Even then I wouldn't expect to see vast sums flowing into the coffers.

Still at least he hasn't murdered anyone as far as we know

They added some shipping container portakabin type things for the women's team yeah.

Think that is it though.

I read somewhere that they are redeveloping the training ground. Is that true?

Re: West Ham takeover rumours resurface - possible Czech bid
Quite, AOI, my continued, and at times it felt one man campaign on here against GSB ripping the heart and soul out of our club for absolutely NO GAIN demonstrates that doesn't it?

City put an infrastructure in place, built a proper academy, invested in training facilities and do a massive amount for the community.

Hardly tearing the heart and soul out of a club territory that.

Unlike our cunts who deliberately moved to a rented arena, shafted local businesses despite lying that they would support them, under or poorly invest in the team, have the shittest training ground of any team in the top two leagues, commented on what's the point of an academy and have over certain periods made us a laughing stock.

THAT is tearing the heart and soul out of a club.

Thankfully Moyes and the team have rebuilt that back and then some - let's hope we continue in this manner.

As for future ownership we're already in one of these big bowl stadiums, so might as well get a STINKING OIL RICH ARAB to come in and make the most of it and add some success to proceedings.

Funnily enough just this once you're right. The Arabs tore out the heart and soul of Manchester City. They might have spent hundreds of millions to buy loads of trophies but I can tell you from personal experience that loads Of old City fans fucking hate what has happened to their club and would go back to the days of Shaun Goater in a heartbeat.

You're clearly one of those who know the price of everything and the value of nothing.

So they're using him to dilute their own holdings? Hmm, wonder if the deal with the LLDC on profit sharing has anything to do with their percentage holdings?

Also unfortunately means we won't be seeing the end of Gold0.

Absolutely AOI, those Arabs really fucked Man City up when they took over.

Apparently the club is issuing new shares, although there has been no mention of likely percentage.

This bloke sounds about as good a new owner of the club I could have hoped for. Firstly he's genuinely loaded and, secondly he's a genuine football nut. Thirdly he's not an Arab who has fuck all interest in us or football.

Having invested some serious wedge into the club to get on board, all he has to do is wait 'til '23 when the dildo's can sell out without having financial sanctions imposed. Then he can wrap things up.

I don't think he would have invested without this being agreed on in advance.

For all those saying PAI were obviously 2-bob, surely you need to question why your hero Sullivan allowed them so much access to the books

Thats where you said it

Could have been. He will have been well aware of Ludo in the 90s, no doubt.

That’s a good point rol, this £170m ish just buys him a seat at the table doesn’t it?

So the only immediate and obvious beneficiaries are those selling their shares to him.

But it’s the beginning of the end and the pair of old vultures were never going to leave without lining their pockets so needs must.

What % of this "investment" is likely to flow back into the squad ?? This is a part payment to G&S retirement fund.
